Shipping policy

All our orders are verifiedĀ the same day the purchase is made on our website, except when the order is placed on a public holiday or weekend ā€” in such cases, it will be shipped on the next business day.

Once the order has been verified, it will be processed and shipped to the delivery address provided.

All our products are dispatched from our facilities on the same day they are processed. We ship worldwide.

1.A - Delivery Details, Unsuccessful Deliveries and Lost Orders

The website administrator works with MRW Spain as part of its courier and delivery service, carrying out a series of tracking actions to ensure that deliveries are successfully completed.

If after 7 days from the date of dispatch the delivery has not been arranged, the USER/CUSTOMER must contact the website administrator.

If the USER/CUSTOMER fails to do so and 10 business days pass since the date of dispatch, the order will be returned, and the USER/CUSTOMER will be responsible for the shipping and return costs, as well as any related administrative fees.

2.B - Delivery Inspection

The USER/CUSTOMER must check the condition of the order upon delivery by the courier or postal service acting on behalf of the website administrator, and must note any visible irregularities on the delivery slip.

If, after reviewing the products, the USER/CUSTOMER detects any issue ā€” such as signs of tampering or damage caused during shipping ā€” they must report it to the administrator within 15 calendar days of delivery via email at help@cuotti.com.
