Return Period
You can return or exchange your products within 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order. Once we receive the items, we’ll issue your refund or process an exchange for another product.
How to Return a Product
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your CUOTTI products. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item — whether opened or unopened — it will always be completely free of charge.
Follow these steps:
- Email us at help@cuotti.com explaining which products you’d like to return or exchange. Our CUOTTI team will be happy to assist you.
- For returns: prepare the package and drop it off at any MRW office with the code we’ll provide you — there’s no cost to you.
- Once we receive your package at our facilities, we’ll process your refund and notify you by email.
Return Options
- Refund of the amount paid.
- Exchange for another product or products of equal or lesser value. If the price is lower, we’ll refund the difference.
Defective or Incorrect Products
Full guarantee! If your product is defective or does not match the item purchased, we’ll handle the entire process quickly and free of charge.
